Executive Charter Service Terms and Conditions
1. All-Inclusive Transparent Pricing
All charter rates include fuel, passenger insurance, professional chauffeur service, tolls, parking fees, and the chauffeur’s meals and accommodation. No additional charges are required, allowing you to enjoy a professional executive transportation service with complete peace of mind.
2. Multilingual Professional Chauffeurs
A designated multilingual chauffeur who speaks English, Japanese, or another language is available for an additional fee of NT$2,500 per day. This service is ideal for international business travel and overseas visitors.
3. Flexible Overtime Charges
If the service exceeds the originally reserved time, overtime of 15 minutes or more will be charged as one full hour. This ensures that both the vehicle and chauffeur can maintain the highest service standards.
4. Reservation Confirmation
A customer service representative will contact you to confirm vehicle dispatch arrangements. If you are unable to answer immediately, please check your text messages or missed calls. You may also contact us directly to confirm your booking and protect your travel arrangements.
5. Advance Booking Recommendation
To ensure smooth vehicle scheduling and protect your transportation arrangements, we recommend completing your reservation at least 72 hours before departure.
6. Changes and Cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, please notify us by message or phone at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late changes or cancellations may be subject to applicable charges.
7. Force Majeure
If the journey is affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as typhoons, earthquakes, road collapses, or similar events, arrangements will be coordinated separately based on the actual situation and will not be subject to the standard terms.
8. Lunar New Year Peak-Season Surcharge
During the Lunar New Year holiday period, from Lunar New Year’s Eve through the fifth day of the holiday, an additional NT$1,500 will be charged per vehicle and journey. Thank you for your understanding, and please book in advance.
