Charter Service Guidelines
【Description of Legally Compliant Services】
1. Legally Registered Vehicles and Licensed Chauffeurs
All vehicles provided are legally registered commercial vehicles approved by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications. Each vehicle has complete registration records and commercial insurance coverage, while every chauffeur holds a valid professional driver’s license and has passed a comprehensive background review.
2. Private Charter Service Without Ride-Sharing
Our service follows a private vehicle and dedicated chauffeur model. Every journey is reserved exclusively for a single booking party. We do not provide ride-sharing or combine separate reservations, ensuring passenger privacy and complete itinerary independence.
3. Passenger Liability and Third-Party Liability Insurance
Every journey includes passenger liability insurance and third-party liability insurance as required by law, providing protection for personal safety and property throughout the trip.
4. Itinerary Planning and Flexible Adjustments
During the charter period, passengers may flexibly adjust stop locations and the order of the itinerary, provided all changes comply with safety and traffic regulations. Chauffeurs will accommodate reasonable adjustments but do not provide guided tour services.
5. Point-to-Point Transfers for Airports, HSR Stations, Hotels, and More
Pickup and drop-off services are arranged according to the reserved time and location. The chauffeur will arrive at the designated pickup point in advance and contact the passenger directly.
6. Personal Data Confidentiality and Privacy Protection
Passenger personal information, itinerary details, and pickup and drop-off records are handled confidentially in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Such information will not be disclosed or used for any unrelated purpose.
7. In-Vehicle Amenities and Comfort Features
Premium vehicles are equipped with comfortable seating, air conditioning, bottled water, USB charging ports, and other amenities to provide a comfortable and relaxing travel experience.
8. Accurate Quotations and Transparent Pricing
All charges are quoted accurately according to the itinerary and booking details. The quoted price includes vehicle charges, chauffeur service fees, fuel costs, insurance, and taxes. No tips or hidden fees will be charged. Any special requirements will be explained in advance and confirmed in writing.
9. Optional Journey Recording During Service
At the passenger’s request, in-vehicle recording equipment, including audio or video recording, may be activated. Recordings are used solely to protect the safety of both parties and will be stored and deleted within the legally permitted period in compliance with privacy regulations.
10. Special Requirements Can Be Arranged in Advance
If you require a multilingual chauffeur, assistance with oversized luggage, extended charter service, special routes, VIP reception, or other customized services, please inform us when making your reservation. Arrangements will be made subject to availability and feasibility.
