III. Refund Application Process

  • Brief reason for cancellation

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Credit card payment: The refund will be issued to the original card and is generally completed within 7–14 business days.
  • Bank transfer / remittance payment: After accurate account information is provided, the refund will be transferred within 7 business days.
